Elon Musk visited Capitol Hill on Wednesday afternoon, meeting with senators to discuss energy policy, artificial intelligence, and strategic competition with China. The Tesla CEO and head of the Department of Government Efficiency arrived at a meeting room on the Senate side of the Capitol complex in what appeared to be an unexpected visit for most lawmakers and staff members.
