Tragic House Fire Claims Lives of Father and Nine-Year-Old Daughter in West Yorkshire
A devastating house fire in Heckmondwike, West Yorkshire, has resulted in the deaths of a father and his nine-year-old daughter, while an 11-year-old girl remains hospitalized in critical condition. The incident occurred on Sunday morning in Russell Close, with emergency services receiving reports of the blaze at approximately 6 am. West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service deployed four crews to combat the fire. Emergency responders attempted to save the father's life at the scene, but he was pronounced dead.
